Here is what personal data passes through OzCasinos.org, what we do with it and what you are entitled to ask. Because there are no logins, no comments and no mailing list here, that data is limited.

Data controller

OzCasinos is published by Halberdine Media Group Limited, Neptune House, Marina Bay, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. That company determines how data gathered by OzCasinos is used, and privacy requests go to it at [email protected].

Data we hold

  • Your emails. Sender address, message text and attachments, retained so we can reply and act on what you report.
  • Request logs. Each page request leaves an entry with our host and CDN: IP address, browser details, URL requested, referrer and timestamp. Without these entries we could not keep OzCasinos online or spot an attack.
  • Cookies. Two cookies on every page hold a random visitor ID and the channel that brought you; two more appear only after a /go/ casino button is used. All four are described on the cookie page.

OzCasinos never requests your name, birth date, card numbers or ID, and has no view of your activity once you are on a casino's site.

Purposes

Requests

Email [email protected] to obtain your data, have it fixed or deleted, or a halt to its use. Cookies can be wiped or refused through your browser whenever you like. Still unhappy after our reply? Privacy complaints in Australia are heard by the OAIC, the federal information commissioner.

Children

OzCasinos is meant for readers 18 and up. Should we learn that someone younger has sent us personal data, we erase it; let us know if you think that has happened.
